Bringing together curators, philosophers and artists (Horea Avram, Mara Rațiu, Lorin Ghiman, Cristina Pop-Tiron and Radu Andreescu), the panel „Arts versus or with AI: a practical and ethical approach” tackles the impact of AI upon the contemporary artistic production, particularly the visual arts. Drawing on Horea Avram s presentation entitled Artificial Intelligence and Art: in Search of the Author, the discussion will question, on the one hand, the scope and the limits of AI use within the arts, highlighting potential new paths of AI development.
