Blessing or Curse? Embracing Change in Agile Teams

Dan Suciu - Lecturer, PhD @ Computer Science, UBB

Conference hall

9th November, 9:00-10:00

Projects involving the development of software are intricate and dynamic due to the many changes that take place. The disruptive evolution of technology, worker turnover, and the ongoing change in customers and business needs are the main drivers of these shifts. Project teams frequently need to adjust to novel circumstances and have far less control or influence over these adjustments.
Making the most of change to give clients a competitive edge is one of the declared objectives of agile approaches and activities. The presentation will focus on how this impacts Agile project teams and identify the most unfavourable applications and interpretations of this goal.
