Software development can be hard. Trading can be hard. The commonality between the two is that deciphering human behavior is inherently hard, but there are lessons to be learned from both. And interestingly enough, the lessons are quite similar and often counterintuitive. This talk will attempt to list some of our peculiar human traits, hopefully the ones we never have enough time to think about.
