Don’t count your chickens until they’re all hatched. How often have we had a well-structured implementation plan, but on the spot, nothing goes as planned? How many times have we imagined that a situation should be in a certain way, but the reality proved the opposite? What do we do in these situations? In my case, UTOPIA was the answer. An acronym that helped me deliver “ideal, perfect, excellent” marketing and communications initiatives simply by shifting my mindset. The model is general enough to be applied in any field.
