With over 16 years of entrepreneurial experience, I am a startup launch expert and a business innovation strategist. I co-lead the Founder Institute Eastern Europe, the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator, where I have helped launch 54 new startups and counting, including some of the most gender-diverse portfolios across 180 global programs. I am also the Chair of Community at ENVISIA, the first business school in Romania for board directors, where I support senior executives and professionals in advancing their leadership and governance skills.

I have a passion for fostering entrepreneurial innovation and education, and I have a Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA degree from two prestigious business schools. Additionally, I am a startup coach and advisor for the TV Show Imperiul Leilor (aka Dragons' Den / Shark Tank) show on ProTV, where I scout and coach entrepreneurs.
